The names of nearly 1000 candidates who attended classes of this intervention program
regularly, were sent to Education Department for analysis.
MONYETLA BURSARY PROJECT achieved a 94% pass rate and 54% bachelor pass.
- 97,5% of the candidates passed ENGLISH.
- MATHEMATICS learners produced 11% higher pass rate than FS Province
- ACCOUNTING achieved 14% higher than FS Province.
- LIFE SCIENCES, 12% higher than FS.
- ECONOMICS, 10% higher than FS.
- BUSINESS STUDIES and MATH LIT 8% higher than FS
- Other subjects range between 2 – 8% higher than FS.
We are grateful that we could make a difference in schools from low income areas. Better results present candidates with more opportunities to break the cycle of poverty. Hodisa Technical School sent all their matrics to Monyetla Project in 2019. They have increase from 60% pass rate to 90,5% in Ntemoseng Secondary School in Botshabelo sent most of their matrics to this intervention.
They now boast a 97,2% pass rate, one of the best in the region.
